Well yes, actually you can! If you sleep two per Full to King size, then you will have a nice comfortable spot for each of your guests. And use of the Queen futon, 3 rollaways, then you are set!
Master Bedroom has a wonderful Sleep number King size bed, and if you have a little one you want near by, the walk-in closet is very large and can host a twin roll away or pac-n-play.
The second Master suite has a Temper-pedic Queen and space for an additional twin roll-way as well.
The other bedrooms are amazing for couples or good friends to share, bathrooms nearby and stocked with everything you need.
The bunk room is the game changer for family groups - most guests tell me they put the kids over in the Casita Bunk room and love the space. It sleeps 8-9 depending on your needs. The Casita game room has a really comfortable queen futon (not the cheap kind) and tons of floor space if you choose to put the roll-aways there too.
Anyway, I hope that helps your bed count and sleep count planning - The Theater Room and Game Room have been used as bedrooms as well. Some even end up falling asleep on the HUGE couch and never leaving :-)
